All sales are final unless the item has defects upon arrival, in which a full refund will be available. Under certain conditions, BW4TF can offer exchanges if the product has not met the sizing expectation of the customer. However, this is circumstantial with the stock in house and will be decided and communicated through contacting the team via email.

 

Any shipping costs for the entire exchange procedure have to be fully covered by the requested customer.

 

BW4TF is not responsible for covering any import charges that may arise with international orders. 

 

We cannot offer returns for items which are sent back due to unpaid import taxes or wrongly entered addresses, these orders will be recognised as forfeited.
